X Crain’s New YorkTurkish developer Sedesco is making its entry into midtown’s pricey boutique office market.
Next month the Istanbul-based company will open 34 E. 51st St., a 20-story property the firm spent $60 million constructing over the past three years. The property is built to appeal to smaller but deep-pocketed financial tenants like private-equity funds and wealth management firms focused on high-net-worth families who can pay its asking rents ranging from $120 per square foot to $130 per square foot.
